Turning a farmer’s land, documents and plans into something a bank can say yes to
Utkrishi helps farmers and first-time agri-entrepreneurs get bank-ready. We build two products: the Utkrishi App, which creates a financial profile for each farmer and turns it into a project report, loan file and licence services, and Utkrishi AgriFlow, an ERP used by FPCs, dealers and agri-MSMEs to run their operations and reach their farmers.
Why Utkrishi
Credit is rarely refused because a farmer’s idea is weak. It is refused because the paperwork isn’t there — no records, no costed plan, no way for a lender to judge the risk quickly.
Utkrishi was built to close that gap. The Utkrishi App collects a farmer’s land, KYC and documents once, matches the farmer against costed agri-business models, and produces the project report, scheme match and loan file that lenders actually ask for. Utkrishi AgriFlow puts the same discipline into the businesses that serve farmers — FPCs, dealers, tissue culture labs and processors — so their day-to-day records become usable data.
Our two products
Financial profile (CreditLink) → project report (DPR), scheme match, loan file and licence services.
ERP for daily operations, accounts and records — and a way to reach their farmers.

CreditLink: our approach to financial profiling
A bank wants to know three things: can this person repay, is the project sound, and are the papers complete. Our financial profile answers all three before the person walks into a bank.
- Collect onceLand, KYC status, income sources, savings, existing loans and documents — entered once and reused for every report and application.
- Match to a costed modelThe project is matched to one of 40 costed agri-business models, so project cost, own share and income are realistic.
- Repayment checkMonthly income and existing EMIs are set against the new loan’s EMI — how much loan is safe.
- Scheme fitEligibility for PMFME, AIF, PMEGP, Mudra and KCC by business, state and category — and how subsidy and interest benefits stack.
- Gaps and next stepsCIBIL band, missing documents and training — a clear list of what to fix before applying.
Not just CIBIL — the profile also uses land, farm income and other information. The model is part of our RKVY-RAFTAAR supported work at Pusa Krishi, ICAR-IARI.
Farmers pay for our services; we take no loan commission from lenders — so our advice stays in the farmer’s interest.
We do not ask for Aadhaar, PAN or bank account numbers to build the profile. Only the Utkrishi team sees it, and it is not shared without consent.
The profile is an estimate, not a loan guarantee. The lending decision is the bank’s.
Our method: where the numbers come from
Mistakes in money information are expensive, so every number follows a fixed method.
Each business is costed at its smallest "basic" unit, so a first-time founder gets a realistic estimate.
Costs and income are based on MANAGE, NIFTEM, MoFPI and NABARD project reports and official scheme guidelines.
Website, blogs, DPRs and videos all come from one financial model, so numbers match everywhere.
Every page shows the date of its information and the risk of loss. Pages are updated when schemes change.
